Spoilers ahead!!
I always give a new show at least three episodes before giving up and that's just what I did here. After three hours of agony. Ugh, this was a mess. An FBI agent who doesn't know about metadata in a photo, a patient who is in and out of surgery after being stabbed 30 times but looks like a million bucks hours later, sitting up with no monitors or oxygen, the bad guy leaving a perfect handprint on the wall to ID him from, (the B.A.U would laugh out loud if they knew about the plot for this episode by the way) and don't even get me started on the script, especially the "dramatic dialogue". Oh and the assault team looked like they had a few too many donuts if you know what I mean. The clothes didn't even fit :/ Go watch The Rookie instead.

I gave the show the same 3 hours hoping it would get better and am just as disappointed. The script is laughable. The characters are terrible. The "drama" is non-existent. I actually rolled my eyes when Missy's character was talking about the day she lost her husband. There was just no emotion at all. I don't feel anything for them to sympathize.
I understand the stories are supposed to fit into 44 minutes of television but, the cases to me seem like they need more time to solve. They should consider carrying over a few of them and have open storylines running at the same time.
To be quite honest, I think Dick Wolf has hit his limit. It's time for him to stop.

Don't forget Jubal Valentine (Jeremy Sisto) shouting every line even when he's talking to one person.
