The final 3 series were broadcast in two parts but not numbered separately (see Wikipedia, TVDB). As such S12, 13 & 14 here need deleted in order to migrate Trakt.

On TMDB, we don't follow the production seasons/episodes numbering, but the original broadcaster seasons/episodes numbering.
Do you have a link for this show on the original broadcaster (ITV) site ?

The show hasn't been available for streaming since broadcast unfortunately, there isn't another source of information.

We will have to search for the ITV schedule to check how it was broadcasted.
