The first 10 bakers enter the tent for Cake Day and two challenges. The bakers are asked to follow Prue's surprise recipe for a tea party classic, followed by impressive showstopper cakes on the theme of the baker's favourite school subjects.

At the end, one baker will prove themselves worthy of star baker and another will be leaving the competition.

In the Showstopper, construction is key as the bakers are tasked with building magnificent meringue towers celebrating fresh fruit.
