"Surprise" is episode 3x49, as "The Sign" was originally broadcasted as a special episode as indicated here.

and also official web says says something else https://www.bluey.tv/watch/season-3/the-sign/
Both pages refers to it as Season 3 Episode 49

As indicated in our rules, we always follow the original broadcast which, for this series, took place on ABC Kids.
