If this data field isn't locked, you can change it for the time you want to add episodes/seasons. After you've changed it, the button to add seasons appears here:

When you're done, you can change the tv show status back to "Ended".
That's new for all tv shows! And you can do this always yourself -> except in those cases when the tv show status is already locked by us moderators.
