Discuss WandaVision

I do love a mystery and this certainly delivers on that so far!

I just wish Disney had dropped all nine episodes at once.

(Episode 5) Wanda seemed as surprised as I was, I wonder who was responsible for his appearance?

After a lot of thought, I believe it was Billy, who in the comics is also known as Wiccan and has the power to alter reality. He did it to make his mom happy (after her story about her brother she had told him earlier) and end his parent's argument. I also think Billy was responsible for he and his brother's rapid aging, and the transformation of the butterflies as well as the stork.

Also, Billy is Mephisto and this whole thing is a plot to make Wanda give birth to Rosemary's Baby! Just kidding, I don't actually believe that, but since the internet has pretty much named everyone on the show as Mephisto, I figured I might as well add another name to the bunch. 😜

The amount of times Pietro had hair that looked like horns AND told the kids to "raise hell" made me think he's 100% Mephisto OR we're being played to perfection!

Loved Wanda turning SWORD HQ into a circus tent populated by clowns 😁

Also loved Wanda's comment to "Kick Ass", a movie both Quicksilver actors were in.

We still don't know the identity of the engineer Monica's going to meet, he had better be a worthy reveal!

I wonder what Darcy will be like in episode 7?

I'm still not buying the Mephisto = Pietro thing that's been going around since there would be no reason he couldn't make himself look like Aaron Taylor-Johnson instead of Evan Peters, and it would have made more sense. Pietro's hair was actually styled after the comic Quicksilver, as was his costume. https://m.ezcosplay.com/marvel-x-men-quicksilver-cosplay-costume.html

As I said earlier, it's probably just Talos's daughter. Since Talos and his wife are still on Earth (Spider-Man: Far From Home), she's probably still here too. Plus, they've likely been friends ever since they met as children.

I'm hoping she's working as a broke waitress.

Apparently it's the most popular show in the world right now!

It is talked about a lot (outside of this forum), so I'm not surprised. The weekly format turned out to be a good thing for it since it provided the show constant social media chatter. If Disney had dumped it all at once, people would only talk about it for a week before the chatter died out.

Other than the spectacularly underwhelming reveal of who Monica was meeting that was yet another excellent episode!

Hello Photon!

Loved the theme tune to "Agatha All Along"

There was a mid-credits scene too!

Darcy seems VERY well informed about the events of Infinity War and Endgame. Not only did she know about Wanda nearly killing Thanos but she also told Vision about his two deaths. Including details that only Wanda and Thanos could have known about...

I think she could still be Talos's daughter.

It was actually Monica who told her about Wanda nearly killing Thanos in Episode 5, as for the rest she was in S.W.O.R.D.s database for awhile. Since S.W.O.R.D. used to be a space based agency before Hayward took control (he said so during his introduction in Episode 4), it would make sense they had satellites monitoring the events of both Infinity War and Endgame.

Creating an air of mystery over a nobody doesn't make sense. Then again we're watching a show that for so long didn't make sense so maybe you're right and a satisfying conclusion to her identity is incoming!

I also think I know who the major cameo is that Bettany had been teasing that he's always wanted to work with: Ben Mendelssohn. They've never worked together before, and makes sense if she does turn out to be Talos's daughter.

That would have made me laugh if it wasn't for the fact that her nails down a chalkboard voice was hurting my brain at the time.

It was almost like she'd watched Infinity War beforehand 🤣.

Great flashback followed by greater flashback followed by even greater flashbacks followed by... "That makes you The Scarlet Witch"

Some truly wonderful acting from Elizabeth Olsen that will probably get ignored come awards season.

I guess we can now officially cross Mephisto off of the list of possible villains.

All season there had been speculation about this show bringing mutants into the MCU but we get witches instead!

One thing about the flashbacks that confused me. How the hell did they get all that Vibranium (Vision as Hayward referred to him) out of Wakanda?

And, yow, that post credit scene in the latest episode is definitely a game changer....

It also creates an even 3 vs 3 fight during the conclusion.
