It's not season 6. The trailer on Netflix calls it Season 1. The Netflix version can't be the sixth season of this TV show if it's the first season of a new TV show.

Netflix's labeling continues to be problematic and they are inconsistent. The source I posted is directly from Netflix and refers to it as season 6.
it's clearly a continuation of the existing series, featuring the same title, host; it's from the same production company, and released less than two years of the previous season. This isn't some long lost show that Netflix decided to reboot and produce themselves like they have done with other shows. It's clear Netflix doesn't want to reference the prior seasons because they don't own the rights to them and they are on a competitor's streaming service. That alone should not make it a "new" show.
Clear standards should be established for shows "moving" to Netflix because it's causing confusion and unnecessary dupes.

The Tudum article calls it a new season, not season 6.
If an existing TV show moves networks and the first episode is released as S01E01, it's a new show and it should be given a new entry. When USA Network revived the show, it restarted from S01E01, making it a separate show from the original incarnation that aired on FOX.
The trailer on the show's page very clearly calls it season 1, not season 6, so Netflix considers it to be a new show.
