Can the <Kawamo o Suberu Kaze> be added to the Special Season?

Accroding to report Kawamo o Suberu Kaze is stand alone. However the 4 stories is one series, can it be added to the Season 0?

As indicated in the previous report, "Kawamo o Suberu Kaze" is stand alone. As such, it is listed in the movie part of our database and can't be added here as a special.
