Extra Details: The episodes are out of order. 'Pacific Plunge' is actually E5, while 'Holding Pattern' is E1, same thing with other episodes. This is not just an issue with this season, but applies to other seasons as well.

For seasons 1-20, the episodes are listed in the order that they were aired by the original network, Discovery Channel Canada. That order does not always match the production numbering of the episodes, but TMDB rules are to list episodes in the order they aired.
As per the Moderator response in this discussion, for Season 21 onwards, the episodes should be listed in the order they aired on the first English language network (Nat Geo UK) after Discovery abandoned the series.
The episodes are therefore listed in the correct order based on TMDB rules.
IMDb, TMDB and other websites all have their own rules on whether episodes should be listed in production order, air date order, or something else.
