Possibly Wayne Rogers as well in the common actors departmemt.See the ep of MN "is there a doctor in the hut?". Look at around 13:18. One of the enlisted men sailors in the crowd appears to be young Wayne Rogers. Strengthening the idea it is him is he was on CBS TV around this time. He appeared on Gunsmoke and the Smothers Brothers Show.

It could well be Wayne Rogers-- looks like him, he was on CBS shows at that time like I said.

Another clinching point that it is indeed Wayne Rogers is that he worked at Universal around 1962 for the Alfred Hitchcock program and McHale's Navy was made at the same studio the following year.
