Nothing is unique though. Everything is a "reinvention" of existing concepts. Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Peter Jackson, Wheel of Time, ... They all tell the story of some "Chosen One" character that has to defeat their enemy. All superhero comics basically are about some hero defending their city/area from villains. Sitcoms? People with a shared connection (whether it's living together, having the same hobbies, going to the same pub, studying at the same school, ...) that experience funny things. Should I go on?
