Extra Details: Katie Leung was added as guest in some episode but is not being shown in the cast for some reason.

This happens when a person gets added to the same season as both a season regular and a guest star for actors, or as part of the episode crew and season crew for crew members.
I deleted her from the episodes and re-added her and she now appears in the cast page.
