TVDB is most likely going with this as a special. Crunchyroll has it linked up under https://www.crunchyroll.com/laid-back-camp (and not a new entry) but calls it a spin-off in press https://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2019/12/30/room-camp-crunchyroll-winter-2020-spotlight.
