overhyped, nothing but great visuals

I don't get hype for this show, until last episode nothing was happening, whole season could be shrinked to 4 episodes at very different pace and mind I don't have problem with slow shows, I enjoyed Tales from the loop a lot, same with Homecoming, but this whole felt like filler until last episode. I mean even Devs was more enjoyable than this and that was also pretty much just visuals and hot mixed girl.

You are right, it is a bit slow and not much happening in the episodes. I was also thinking it could've been cut to fewer episodes. Anyway I thought this was going to be one season miniseries and now I'm just bummed by how the final episode ended because I was expecting a closure. Damned. Still a good show though.

Nailed it. Gave the show a try and almost gave up after the first few episodes, but the last episode was great and full of suspense. It's not horrible, but certainly overhyped.
