Episode 30 is incorrectly named and locked.
It's “Shibuya Incident”, not “It's Like That”.

On the other hand, Episode 29 did state it would be called It's Like That... https://i.ibb.co/93Y3f1G/its-like-shibuya.png So I'm not sure. :)

10 minutes ago I checked their website and I saw that it was called "Shibuya Incident", now I go back and it's called "It's Like That". Seems like they fixed it
Wouldn't have made sense anyways considering Shibuya Incident hasn't started yet.

That's very true. It still bounces back and forth between the two on my end, but it's starting to lean toward “It's Like That”.

I think this title card riffs on the “It's Like That” main title.
Having watched the episode, they of course mention [spoilers?] “it's like that” quite a few times during the diner scene. :)
“It's like that, right?”
“Yes! It's like that!”
