Episodes 3 and 5 locked, incorrectly named TBA

Episode 3 has been released, and the proper title is "Toasted". Episode 5 has now been released, title "Gays and Confused". Why are these locked?

Now, episode 8 is locked with the incorrect title "Toasted", when it should be "The Last Shall Be First". I don't understand why this has been locked with false titles, and why nobody is responding about this show specifically? It's a big show, and I would hope that accuracy is important. Now it's overly complicated and messed up and confusing to users.

I unlocked the fields in question, let me know when I can lock them again.
P.S. our moderators are all volunteer and we typically have a ~60 day backlog for content issues.
