Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will challenge a diverse group of nine individuals to face extraordinary situations. They will be assigned various missions designed to test them physically, mentally, and even morally to prove they truly deserve the title of "The Hero", ultimately winning the grand prize.

Mickey Grosman, a former special forces demolitions expert took a group of amateur adventurers on a nearly impossible journey across South America. Positioned as a charity trek for cancer awareness, participants were to be part of a 5,000-mile expedition across the continent through the deepest parts of the Amazon jungle. A new twist to the classic question-answer game show. If the participants answer correctly, then the ball will fall directly on them. However, if they provide the wrong answer, they will have to run so they can catch the ball before it touches the ground, and stay in the competition to win the grand prize of 10,000 pounds.
