A fictionalized account of the lives of 1980s Tamil Nadu political icons M. G. Ramachandran and M. Karunanidhi, continuing the tryst between Tamil cinema and Dravidian politics.

A cinema-lover feels the urge to go to the bathroom during a movie but on his way, he travels through various film worlds. On his journey back to the cinema he meets a mysterious girl who claims to know everything, including how they magically transport into different genres. What follows is a magical journey back home to "reality".

Downtown Recife’s classic movie palaces from the 20th century are mostly gone. That city area is now an archaeological site of sorts that reveals aspects of life in society which have been lost. And that’s just part of the story.
