That song: Papa can you hear me? .... it should never have been written... it is so embarrassing!!! Like anything else in this movie!
But somehow nevertheless.... I can't stop like this movie... Whyyyyyy?!!!!

In earnest, yes, the film is at times clunky and corny. But there's a fascinating sensibility in it that is hardly found in other films. I love it!
