I wonder what tribe or place his family came from? The tv show had many different communities. I guess that mean they were able to live out of the dome. Still did he think he was the last? Is it possible more are out there and can help the new citizens rebuild?

What frustrated me about this film is that you never really got to see who were the powers that be. So friggin's robots where running the show? Was someone in charge who died and left the whole thing run on auto pilot with the robots? The ending felt very unsatisfying to me.
