Well, first of all the positive: it's a decent enough simple murder mystery and it's nice that they are still made. Could have been a lot better, but could've been worse as well. I'd say a 5.5/10 or round it up to a 6/10.
However I believe the biggest problem in the movie is the plot, which is obviously rather integral in these murder mystery movies. Now the movie builds up for a "big" reveal in the end, but of course you can see it coming when the movie makes such a big deal of them not only being twins but identical twins. Now apparently they are literally identical to the point that even their mother can't tell them apart. Kind of begs the question of how did she tell them apart when they were babies when she can't tell them apart when they are grown up. Even if that was possible what with them being adults and rockclimbers etc. obviously they would have scars and moles etc. that would distinguish them from each other. Anyways I should also say that I felt that Joseph-Gordon Levitt's characters' (forgot his name) family drama scenes were pretty pointless and could've been cut from the film. Also what's with the title "Killer heat"? Yeah, it can get warm in Greece, but I don't think they mentioned the temperature once in the movie. Sounds like something they came up with after it was decided that the original name isn't going to sell well.
