Dead from a stab to the tongue? I don't think there is an artery there to bleed out from. And he never yells out?

scissors as a weapon was very laughable for Frank Dodd. At least for him taking his own life

If you mean the guy with the scissors, I think he found a clever way to ram the scissor blade up, through the roof of his mouth, into his brain.
Such a creative death! I don't know why we don't hear him shriek in agony.

Didnt he jab it down his throat? If so he probably died from choking on it or piercing it.
