Extra Details: User (DrWade42) has added a release date of 7th Dec 1985 referencing this article https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-columbia-record/139197092 and then another user (TheSizkarn) removed this note and change the type to limited.
Looking at the article it does appear legit, however I believe type should most likely be changed to premiere so I've gone and changed this.
I'll leave this thread open for a day and if there is no responses then I'll close. If someone after that feels this is incorrect then please reopen this thread and we can discuss.

The poster appears to be correct and it has the distribution company listed. I think it has to be Theatrical Limited. However, the December 7 release was on a Saturday and that is an unusual start date for a a theatrical campaign. IMDb mentions a Texas release the day before, which makes sense. So, I think it should be December 6, and Theatrical Limited. Why not Premiere? Because that is usually a single screening, whereas - as can be seen in the poster information - a limited release has multiple screenings at one or more locations. I decided to lock in December 6 and Theatrical Limited. It all fits with a slow rollout ending up with the main theatrical release in February the next year. Thanks.
