本片灵感来自于石川加贺温泉乡真实存在的女老板娘们的宣传团队“Lady Kaga”。放弃踢踏舞者的梦想，在老家加贺温泉旅馆修行年轻老板娘的主人公樋口由香，为了让温泉街热闹起来，召集新手老板娘们举办踢踏舞活动

Yuka Higuchi is the only daughter of Higuchi, a long-established inn in Kaga Onsen. Fascinated by the tap dancing she saw in elementary school, Yuka moved to Tokyo with the aim of becoming a tap dancer, but her dreams were dashed and she returned to her parents' home to begin training as a landlady. Due to her clumsiness, Yuka has a hard time training as a landlady, but she struggles every day with her brightness and guts. Meanwhile, a project is launched to liven up Kaga Onsen. Yuka gathers the new landladies and holds an event featuring her favorite tap dance.

老舗旅館のひとり娘・樋口由香は小学生の時に見たタップダンスに憧れ、ダンサーを目指して上京する。しかし現実は厳しく、帰郷した由香は実家で女将修行を始める。由香は幼なじみで同じく若女将のあゆみと、老舗旅館の女将・朋子が開いているゼミに通い始める。
