Can anyone explain this current feeding frenzy to me?
I know there's been this new documentary but it's hardly anything new that we haven't already heard for decades is it? I feel like I've slipped into a parallel dimension where people have just discovered all these accusations about Jackson...

It's probably the younger crowd that's primarily so fixated. Anyone who was around and aware of news while MJ was actually alive has heard all this sort of thing many times over, for years and years.

I don't pay attention to clickbait and especially not to victims from yesteryear. If MJ fiddled with boys, it's not like they didn't get something in return, and it's not like their parents didn't think it odd that a celebrity wanted their children to play sleepover with him.
