Most sites seem to use "Matt Rife: Matthew Steven Rife"

however it seems onscreen the title reads as "Matthew Steven Rife".

I think it should be "Matthew Steven Rife" as the title since the description on Prime Video and this article on the 800 Pound Gorilla Media website both say the title is just "Matthew Steven Rife," in addition to that being the on-screen title. I want to say the runtime should be the 800 Pound Gorilla Media version since that was the first professional release but I'm not 100% sure.
