Two sisters accompany their dead mother by ambulance across Thailand. They have grown apart, but the journey and the circumstances force them to come closer to each other. A secret will be revealed.

Pann vit à Bangkok. Un jour, elle reçoit un appel de sa tante en pleurs qui lui annonce que sa mère est dans le coma suite à un terrible accident. Elle contacte alors sa soeur aînée Pinn, laquelle s’est enfuie après son mariage, pour vivre à Singapour et y commencer une nouvelle vie loin des contraintes de la famille. Les deux soeurs sont alors forcées de passer du temps ensemble et, peu à peu, de réapprendre à s’ouvrir l’une à l’autre.

어머니의 시신을 모시고 고향집으로 떠나는 두 자매의 이야기를 담은 로드무비. 자신을 만나러 온 어머니가 백화점에서 갑자기 사고로 돌아가시자 딸 판은 충격과 슬픔에 빠진다. 싱가포르에 가서 일하고 있는 언니 핀는 뒤늦게 연락이 닿아 방콕으로 돌아온다. 그리고, 두 자매는 어머니의 시신을 응급차에 싣고 고향집으로 향한다. 하지만, 고향으로 가는 길은 그다지 슬프지 않다. 오랫동안 보지 못해 서먹해 하던 두 자매가 조금씩 말문을 트고 대화를 시작한다. 그리고, 장례식을 끝내고 집으로 돌아온 뒤 판은 핀이 싱가포르로 도망간 이유를 이미 알고 있었음을 말한다. 그리고, 두 사람은 평안한 일상으로 되돌아간다. 두 자매는 슬픔을 그렇게 극복해 나간다. 통퐁 찬타랑쿤 감독은 사회의 관습적 시각과 편견 때문에 가족을 떠났지만, 결국 가족간의 사랑 때문에 다시 화해하고, 서로를 이해하는 과정을 로드무비의 형식을 빌어 이야기하고 있다.
