How can enterprise fly inside?

First of all I got to say nothing is gonna change my love for star trek searching for Spock. Me and my brother Bobby has been watching it and we love Kirk steal enterprise! It just the best! But Bobby he say to me Glenn how is enterprise fly indoors? And I is confuse. I have no answer make no sense for me.
Can anyone explain? I is no stupid I no they in space but they inside space station with doors shut. Should no enterprise fall down unless door open to let space in? Also the peoples they all walking inside space station how come they no floating like enterprise?

Come please my friends can some one tell? How people walk on floor inside but Enterprise float inside? It's the crazy how!

Inside of the ship, they have "artificial gravity".
Though I would think this artificial gravity stuff would also exist inside the space station. Perhaps it does not exist in the loading dock. In this way, ships can easily go in and out of the station.

mmm, interesting question actually!
How does gravity work in Star Trek? Isn't it centrifugal? If so, I guess it is a bit weird they can fly inside a space where people are walking. But then maybe Star Trek has gravity particles or something to explain it away...
