Cooper steals a spacecraft and races back through a black hole to a "strange galaxy" all by himself just to ? with Brand, someone he had no personal relationship or chemistry with. "Gee, where'd our spacecraft go??"

There's so many issues with the story its not even funny. Is it really believable that they had no clue that a real life pilot was still alive somewhere? And wasn't he a NASA pilot before? Those people know how many times you jerk off a day. I am sure they would know where he was.

When he was in the dues ex machina time cubby hole wasn't Murphy close to 40 years old and then close to a hundred by the time he gets out? Wouldn't that make Brand about 70 years old? So he stole a spaceship to get with a granny?

I think you are confusing gender and sex. Sex is your physical naughty bits and determines whether you are male or female. Gender determines what a person identifies as. Yeah, I know it can be a bit difficult to grasp but this is science dictating this not a bunch of wacky "woke" liberals making it up as they go along. When it comes to determining biological and medical facts, you can either go with your fee fees and "this is how it has always been" or you can let people who are actually educated on the matter determine how it is. The same way I wouldn't ask my mechanic what I should do about my heart condition or how I wouldn't ask my cardiologist what's the easiest way to install an alternator in my car.

Not sure what happened to the previous reply, thinking one aspect of science is ridiculous doesn't say anything about what a person thinks of science generally, people should still listen to what needs to be listened to. I'm not sure why you mention Covid saving science as that was never previously discussed but my point is that the majority of the medical community recognizes that gender dysmorphia is real. The is not some wack-a-doodle faith based belief with no science behind it. This has many years of studies behind it. No one is saying identifying as a bucket of paint or a tomato like you said is part of that. That has nothing to do with it and stories of people trying to do that are greatly exaggerated or when it is true it is someone with another mental medical condition where they seek attention. Your argument reminds me of when people were arguing against gay marriage. "Oh what's next, people marrying their dogs?" It's like, gimme a break people. Have you no nuance? Shit isn't just black and white. Having one thing doesn't mean you agree to everything. If you just leave science, which is the system we have formulated over thousands of years to determine what is most likely real and what is most likely bullshit, to determine the answers to such questions , then you and the rest of humanity will be better off. It's when people let their fee fees determine things is when shit goes awry. It's the lesson Star Trek tried to teach with the introduction of Vulcans into the story line. That humans were flawed because they would let their emotions run amok (inside trekkie pun intended). As greatly exaggerated as child snatching priests? Gender dysmorphia leads to self harm in people prone to that rubbish have them meet a therapist or mental health professional if it's actually a valid mental condition.

And there is more proof that treatment of gender dysmorphia has led to less suicide rates among people with the affliction. How's that for less "self harm"?
