Fantastic film

Watched again the other day, it was my husband's first time. He loved it and we talked about it with two friends at the bar that night and we were all quoting lines. I was shocked when we pulled up the recent pic of the kid who played young "C", it looks like he has gang tattoos or something. Anyone know anything else about him? Great soundtrack too. Lillo B got into some trouble himself too but seems to have turned it around. Highly recommend, 9 out of 10.

I liked the idea of a kind of low key gangster film, focussing on elements away from crime. Plus it started off promising with the young C and an interesting dynamic.
But the overall direction by De Niro and acting of the two adolescent leads that appeared half way through almost smelt of a 'made for TV' movie. It felt like a bit of a missed opportunity to me.
