本片由金馬影帝李修賢自導自演，是一部80年代初「烈火戰車」式的賽車片。故事描述跛足之摩托車行東主師傅才（李修賢），對學徒阿昌（麥德羅）甚為賞識，更在每年一度的澳門賽車，助昌奪標。後知師傅才曾是東南亞十大車手之一，因一次賽車意外受傷導致殘廢。師傅才聞悉昌參與非法賽車，忙予規勸，然昌因盛名所累，欲罷不能……
