In a strange alienated world there is a secret hotel in a shabby diner called the Venus Café, harboring some unusual people where compelling secrets lie in each resident's heart. Torturing secrets that have broken their emotional boundaries in the past. In this bittersweet, heart-wrenching story, there lives a man by the name of Chonan (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi) who lives in the attic and works as a waiter or handyman at the hotel. Room 1 is shared by two residents; an incapable alcoholic and an illegal doctor named Doctor (Teruyuki Kagawa) and Wife (Miki Nakatani) who used to be a nurse but now works as a hostess living in the hopes of Doctor's recuperation. In Room 3 lives a bubbly girl by the name of Soda (Jo Eun Ji), who came from a deserted town where no one flowers flourished and has a dream to open her own flower shop. Finally, Room 4, occupied by a challenging young boy by the name of Boy (Lee Joon Gi), who carries around a gun longing to become a strong man and wishes to some day.

Chonan est le serveur de l’Hôtel Venus. Il est responsable des repas et de la lessive des clients. L’hôtel a des invités de longue durée, c’est l’endroit où chacun peut oublier son passé, ses secrets, ses douleurs et blessures sans avoir de compte à rendre.On y trouve Doctor, ancien docteur à présent alcoolique, Wife, sa femme qui souhaite que son mari redevienne comme avant, Soda, qui voudrait avoir un magasin de fleurs et Boy, qui se prend pour un tueur professionnel. Il y a aussi Venus, le mystérieux propriétaire.Un jour, Gai et Sai arrivent à l’hôtel. Ce qui fait ressurgir les vieux démons des clients…

心に傷を負った人々が集うホテル ビーナスでチョナン（草なぎ剛）は住み込みで働いている。ある日、全く口をきかない女の子サイ（コ ドヒ）とガイ（パク ジュンウ）父娘がやって来た。その日から住人の心に変化が訪れる。

사랑의 아픈 과거 때문에 존재감을 잃은 채 사는 '초난'은 이 호텔에서 웨이타 겸 투숙객들의 식사와 빨래를 책임지고 있다. 한때 유능했지만 이제는 술독에 빠져 사는 '닥터'와 그의 재기만을 꿈꾸며 호스티스로 일하고 있는　'와이프'　, 꽃가게 주인을 꿈꾸는 '소다', 자칭 살인자라 부르는 '소년'　, 수수께끼 같은 호텔 주인 '비너스'. 그들은 모두 '호텔 비너스'의 오랜 투숙객들이다. 어느 날, '가이'라는 남자와 한 소녀 '사이'가 호텔을 찾아와 '비너스의 뒷모습을 보여줘'라고 한다. 이는 이름도 존재의 이유도 없이 그저 호텔에 숨어 있고 싶은 사람들만의 주문이다.
