Extra Details: Not sure, but shouldn't this English image poster uploaded by SteverB1 be removed? It has a huge dark grey-green bar at the top.

To me, it appears the uploader succesfully either found or edited a poster without the red film festival logo, but in order to remove the huge chunk of text at the bottom of the image all that was done was a massive crop of the bottom area of the image and in order to meet the aspect ratio requirements the compensation made was adding that dark grey-green bar. (The image cannot be cropped to an acceptable ratio if the bar is removed without significantly destroying the image by chopping into the text.)
