1981년 오시마 나기사 감독이 당시 후루야시키 마을에서 영화 작업 중이던 오가와 신스께 감독을 찾아가 나눈 대담을 기록한 다큐멘터리. 그때 오시마 나기사 감독이 49살, 오가와 신스께 감독이 46살이었다. 후샤오시엔과 키에슬로프스키 감독도 농사와 영화 작업을 병행하던 오가와 프로덕션의 촬영 과정을 견학하기 위해 산골 마을을 찾아갔다.
