总督察程晖为了调查杀手集团利用无知少女进行连串暗杀，特别向监狱保释曾经枪伤程晖本人之下属安琪，命令她到一可疑夜总会作卧底，事成之后，琪便可恢复警员身份，重获自由。其实这是晖设下的圈套，要报当日被枪伤之仇。 琪扮成小姐，在－Night Club工作，Club内一丧妹九龙女，常惹麻烦。琪每次也为她挺身而出，两人顿成好友，琪为了加强女对她的信任，不惜和众姊妹一同吸毒。后来透过女，琪认识了小流氓波子，及杀手集团的阿龙。波子十分崇拜龙，愿追随左右，同时也暗恋琪。一次女被仇家追斩，琪代女出头，身手不凡。龙认为是可造之材。Club内另一卧底行动中被发现，众姊妹起攻击，琪错手杀了卧底，晖便乘机通辑她告她杀警。

Na de tragische gebeurtenissen van Sting of the Scorpion wordt Maggie van haar rang ontdaan en opgesloten in een krankzinnigengesticht. De corrupte agent die haar daar heeft neergezet, biedt aan om haar vrij te laten en weer in dienst te nemen - als ze undercover gaat als bar gastvrouw om de triades te bespioneren. Het hele ding is natuurlijk een opzet, en al snel is Maggie op de vlucht voor de wet. Ze vindt haar toevlucht in de criminele onderwereld, waar ze een baan als undercover moordenaar accepteert. Following the tragic events of Sting of the Scorpion, Maggie finds herself stripped of her rank and committed to an insane asylum. The crooked cop who put her there offers to procure her release and reinstatement - if she'll go undercover as a bar hostess to spy on the triads. The whole thing's a setup, of course, and soon Maggie is on the run from the law, as well as nursing a bad heroin addiction. She finds refuge in the criminal underworld, where she accepts a job as an undercover assassin. But when her identity is exposed, Maggie has both sides of the law gunning for her life.
