In mei 2010 kondigde Dave Matthews Band aan dat ze het jaar daarop voor het eerst in twintig jaar een pauze zouden nemen van het toeren. Met de pauze in aantocht, werden de laatste twee shows in de thuisstad op 19 en 20 november 2010 in de John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA twee van de meest verwachte in de geschiedenis van de band. Beide shows voldeden aan alle verwachtingen! We zijn er trots op om de eerste avond van dit epische weekend in zijn geheel uit te brengen als 3-CD-set, en voor het eerst in de Live Trax-serie ook als DVD/3-CD-set. Dit is de eerste Live Trax gemixt in surround sound.

In May 2010, Dave Matthews Band announced that they would take a break from touring the following year for the first time in 20 years. With the break looming, the last two hometown shows on November 19-20, 2010 at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA became two of the most anticipated in the band's history. Both shows met all expectations! We are proud to release the first night of this epic weekend in its entirety as 3-CD set, and for the first time in the Live Trax series, as a DVD/3-CD set as well.
