Was anyone else kinda creeped out by him? Of all the freaks, he is the only one who I found to disturb me the most.

No, the creepiest part of this movie was Duane's hair! Never in my life have a seen a guy with that "upside down" haircut; other than Duane (Kevin) in parts 2 & 3 of this trilogy.
