De nacht is gevallen, en de Roze Panter is op zoek naar een plek om te slapen. Een flatgebouw ontzegt hem de toegang, maar gelukkig vindt hij op de grond een sleutel die hem toegang verschaft tot een huis. De bewoner, een dronkaard, komt thuis en als hij de roze katachtige in zijn bed ziet, denkt hij dat hij hallucineert.

Night has fallen, and the Pink Panther is looking for a place to sleep. A flop house denies him access, but he fortunately finds a key on the ground that gives him entry to a man's home, in which the Pink Panther helps himself to the man's shaving equipment, electric toothbrush, and bed. The man, a drunk, arrives home after one of his binges and, casting eyes on the pink feline in his bed, thinks he's having an alcoholic hallucination. He calls Alcoholics Anonymous to send someone to help him quit drinking. A man from A.A. throws all of the drunk's booze bottles into a garbage can, and they sit down to share a carton of milk. Then, both men see the Pink Panther walk past them! Befuddled, the two men rush to find the Department of Sanitation truck carrying the bottles of booze. After what they've seen, a drinking spree is in order!

La nuit est tombée, et la Panthère rose cherche un endroit pour dormir. Un flop house lui refuse l’accès, mais il trouve heureusement une clé sur le sol qui lui donne accès à la maison d’un homme, dans laquelle la Panthère rose se sert de l’équipement de rasage de l’homme, brosse à dents électrique et lit. L’homme, ivre, arrive à la maison après une de ses binges et, jetant les yeux sur le félin rose dans son lit, pense avoir une hallucination alcoolique. Il appelle les Alcooliques anonymes pour qu’ils l’aident à arrêter de boire. Un homme d’A.A. jette toutes les bouteilles d’alcool de l’ivrogne dans une poubelle, et ils s’assoient pour partager un carton de lait. Puis, les deux hommes voient la Panthère Rose passer devant eux! Confus, les deux hommes se précipitent pour trouver le camion du Département de l’assainissement qui transporte les bouteilles d’alcool. Après ce qu’ils ont vu, une beuverie s’impose !
