I was on board all the way until the baby fondling scene

I was on board all the way up to the scene where Yu Chenghui fondles a baby and kisses its penis. That's the weirdest thing ive ever seen and I am not on board with that. So the first movie features a good deal of animal slaughter and this one features a baby being fondled. What is with Cheung Sing-Yim?
