mother?

I mean it was heartwrenching seeing 14yo being the most responsible person in the family and choosing between mother whore and father trying to find himself or whatever iresponsible adult, quite strong movie at least because hit pretty close to home for my childhood, would be curious if it has same effect also for people from complete families.
