It is the evocation of a life as brief as it is dense. An encounter with a dazzling thought, that of Frantz Fanon, a psychiatrist of West Indian origin, who will reflect on the alienation of black people. It is the evocation of a man of reflection who refuses to close his eyes, of the man of action who devoted himself body and soul to the liberation struggle of the Algerian people and who will become, through his political commitment, his fight, and his writings, one of the figures of the anti-colonialist struggle. Before being killed at the age of 36 by leukemia, on December 6, 1961. His body was buried by Chadli Bendjedid, who later became Algerian president, in Algeria, at the Chouhadas cemetery (cemetery of war martyrs ). With him, three of his works are buried: “Black Skin, White Masks”, “L’An V De La Révolution Algérien” and “The Wretched of the Earth”.

إنه استحضار لحياة قصيرة بقدر ما هي كثيفة. لقاء مع فكرة مبهرة، لفرانتز فانون، الطبيب النفسي من أصل هندي غربي، الذي سيتأمل في اغتراب السود. إنها استحضار لرجل التفكير الذي يرفض أن يغمض عينيه، لرجل العمل الذي كرس نفسه جسدا وروحا للنضال التحرري للشعب الجزائري والذي سيصبح، من خلال التزامه السياسي، كفاحه، ونضاله. كتاباته، أحد شخصيات النضال ضد الاستعمار. قبل أن يُقتل عن عمر يناهز 36 عامًا بسرطان الدم، في 6 ديسمبر 1961. ودفن جثمانه الشاذلي بن جديد، الذي أصبح فيما بعد رئيسًا للجزائر، في الجزائر، بمقبرة الشهداء (مقبرة شهداء الحرب). معه دُفنت ثلاثة من أعماله: "بشرة سوداء وأقنعة بيضاء" و"لان في الثورة الجزائرية" و"معذبو الأرض".

Une rencontre avec une pensée fulgurante, celle de Frantz Fanon, médecin psychiatre, d’origine antillaise, qui va penser l’aliénation du peuple noir. C’est l’évocation d’un homme de réflexion qui refuse de fermer les yeux, de l’homme d’action qui s’est dévoué corps et âme pour la lutte de libération du peuple algérien et qui deviendra par son engagement politique, son combat, et ses écrits, l’une des figures de la lutte anticolonialiste. Avant d’être emporté à l’age de 36 ans par une leucémie, le 6 décembre 1961. Son corps sera inhumé par Chadli Bendjedid, qui deviendra plus tard président algérien, en Algérie, au cimetière des Chouhadas (cimetière des martyrs de la guerre). Avec lui, sont inhumés trois de ses ouvrages : "Peau Noire, Masques Blancs", "L'An V De La Révolution Algérienne" et "Les Damnés de la Terre".
