Is it just me or does the poster make this movie seem like a comedy?

I don't know anything about this movie and just saw it on the front page of this site, and went to the movie page, which has an image of a car impaled on a ridiculously tall tree. You can't help but to think it's like one of those Chevy Chase movies and the first thought to my head was that this was some family roadtrip comedy movie

In some ways it was like a comedy. So glad they mixed it up as how many times can you be the unassuming guy who has bad things happen to his family? They really came up with some creative ways to make this one entertaining.

Just saw it, and, yeah, it turned out to be a lot more comedic than I was expecting, and that is a good thing! I thought this was going to be another Liam Neeson revenge action movie, which would've also been fine, but I think this movie worked out really well with the comedy mixed in, and the movie doesn't take itself too seriously at any point of the story. So I assume the comedy vibes you get from that poster are intentional after all.
