Removed HBO Boxing

The other boxing events do not include the production company in the title, so I have removed HBO Boxing from the title for consistency. Also, this was a Sky Sports Box Office event and HBO had bought rights from the producer (Sky) the US airing only. :-)
We need to get a good picture of Takam for his credit bio. I haven't been able to find one without him being in engaged in a fight yet.

I shall do this from now on, thanks for info. It appeared to be the logical place so it wouldn't get lost in the many topics already open in such a large discussion board.
