Man this was slow. Just really odd editting. I get the point but the format and the way they decided to tell the story was oddly done. I was not fooled by Meryl Streep’s part for a minute, was anyone?
One wonders, what percentage Meryl Streep pays in taxes.

I loved this movie. Banderas and Oldman, with German accent, were great. I was fooled by Streep in disguise . I found nothing odd at all. Also don't care about Streeps taxes. I only worry about Trumps.

Talk about miss the point. It's not how much one earns and thus pays in taxes, it's whether one actually PAYS the taxes in the first place(!), as offshoring your income means you can either pay a much smaller tax percentage, or none at all, than you would have keeping it onshore – i.e. like the average person in any given country has to do.
Just being rich doesn't automatically mean you're a tax offshoring imbecile. And anyway, while actors may be typically worth millions into a low tens of millions, most offshoring is done by people worth say a hundred million upwards. The lowest of the low are those 'kleptocrats' who steal the wealth of their (often very poor) countries and hide it offshore, thus denying their own poor citizens of said funds, and the very people they're supposed to be serving. I'd put them lower than child molesters, as at least they can get rehabilitated.
