عبدالرحيم قروى هاجر الى المدينة كى يلتحق بالوظيفة " الميرى " , يقيم فى منزل أخته نرجس و زوجها فى احدى المناطق العشوائية , يتورط فى العديد من العلاقات النسائية , حتى يتم فصله من العمل بسبب احداها , ثم يعود له مرة اخرى بعد سنين , يواجه - ككل المهمشين - الفقر و المرض, حتى يلتقى بحببيته الاولى فى المستشفى .

A young man leaves his rural origins in search of self-actualization. He moves into a poor neighborhood where he resides with his sister Narjes and gets involved with many women until he discovers he has cancer and encounters another girl with the same pernicious illness.
