东京时尚中心涉谷，因一笔巨额黑金而热闹沸腾起来。

　　小偷三人组柿泽（伊原刚志 饰）、桃井（细川茂树 饰）和织田（松尾铃木 饰）专门盗取政客和黑帮的黑金，他们洗劫了关西黑帮松井组开设的赌场，但持有现金手袋的织田与涉谷小混混小武（浦田直也 饰）发生冲突，钱被抢去。小武隶属一个名为“罪人”的青年组织，其首领阿木（城田优 饰）带领一众时尚潮人盘踞在“粉红吧”内，过着劲歌热舞、新鲜刺激的生活。

　　这笔黑金的到来令阿木自知大难临头。丢钱的松井组勃然大怒，广撒人脉探听消息；窃听松井组谈话的巴西黑帮也闻风而动，派出杀手寻找黑金踪迹；早就垂涎“粉红吧”的涉谷黑帮浅草组老大黑木（丰原公补 饰）意欲借机大捞一笔；丢了钱的柿泽更不可能善罢甘休。搅和了数组人马的火拼一触即发……

C’est l’histoire d’un gangster, Aki, qui traine a Shibuya. Un jour il reçoit une grosse somme d’argent entre les mains de petits criminels. Mais cet argent appartenait en fait à un Casino tenu par de Yakuzas qui en veulent maintenant à Aki et son gang.
