Set in snow-covered Hokkaido, each moment of three high school boy's life is captured in rough monochrome. Three high school boys on the verge of graduating from high school start working at a security guard company owned by an older student in their hometown. 雪に閉ざされた12月の札幌。高校卒業を来春に控えたテツオら高校3年生の悪友3人組は、地元の先輩・伊丹の口利きにより彼が勤める防犯警備会社で試験的に働き始める。とはいえ少人数経営の会社にもともと仕事の口は多くなく、伊丹が勝手に3人もいっぺんに連れてきて、人のいい社長もいささか迷惑顔。テツオたちは会社に顔を出しても何かと手持無沙汰で、だらだらと無為に時間をつぶすことの方が多いありさまで…。
