Aspiring university student is studying in order to try again for the university examination. One midday time seems to stand still for everyone and everything around him. Moreover, this phenomenon repeats daily. Yet, he is not the only one who is aware of the situation. There is an explanation and there is someone who holds the key to that explanation.

浪人生の相葉考司(板垣瑞生)は、幼少期に母親を病気で亡くした経験から、いくら頑張っても無駄だと考えるようになった。予備校の授業を無気力に受けていた彼が12時15分を迎えたとき、自分以外の人間や走っていた自動車など全てのものが止まっていることに気づく。街に飛び出した彼は、自分と同じような状態に陥った篠宮時音(吉柳咲良)と出会う。やがて、毎日12時15分から1時間だけ世界が静止するのを知った二人は、その現象を“ロスタイム”と名付け共に過ごすようになる。
