I don't see the appeal. Film does a pretty bad job in explaining why anyone would even want this or why Corso, an infidel so to speak, would even give a fuck. He was in it for the money and thought it was all BS then all of the suddne he has a change of heart and is a full on believer? The story does a bad job in developing this. I had originally given this filme a 7 when I first saw it many years ago. After watching it recently I will have to downgrade my rating to 6. Still worth a watch but not very impressive.
