تدور أحداث الفيلم حول أحد أمناء الشرطة، الذي يتولى البحث في بعض القضايا الاجتماعية، وخاصة تلك القضايا التي تتعلق بأزمات الفقراء داخل مولد السيدة، والمشاكل التي يتعرضون لها.
